Pastor Les L. McIntosh Sr.

Les L. McIntosh Sr. is the Lead Pastor of Impact Ministries located in Hagerstown MD. He is a native of Youngstown Ohio, husband to beautiful wife Danita McIntosh and the father of five children, Kayla, Leslie Jr., Sydnee, Adriãna and Darian, and Granddaughter Zola and Grandson Esran.

Pastor Mac is an anointed prolific Bible preacher and teacher. His passion for Christ was enacted as a child under the leadership of the late Bishop Jacob Robinson and Superintendent Paul A Loggins.

Pastor Mac was molded while serving under the leadership of the late Bishop Harvey D Bryan Sr of Fort Lauderdale, FL; Bishop David L Herron Sr of Warren, OH; and Bishop Alexander J Hardy of Frederick, MD.

His spiritual commitment and erudition include his service to the kingdom as a Deacon, Elder, Dean of Christian Education, Sunday School Teacher, Men’s Leader, Evangelism, Choir member and Musician.

He received his Elders License under the pastorate of Bishop David L Herron, Warren Ohio.

Pastor Mac has a strong passion for ministry and a heart to serve leaders. Pastor Mac is a successful businessman with extraordinary entrepreneurship abilities.

In 2010, he founded Les Energy LLC, which he transitioned to the State of Maryland to pursue and expand the horizon of his company. His impact in ministry has collided with his vision in ministry to bring effective change through spirituality, defining of purpose and economic development.

Danita C. McIntosh affectionally known as Lady D is the Executive Pastor of IMPACT Ministries Hagerstown Campus located in Hagerstown,MD. Native of Aliquippa PA, wife to Pastor Les L McIntosh Sr. and mother of five children Adriana ,Darian, Kayla, Leslie Ashton, Sydnee and Granddaughter Zola and Grandson Esran.

Lady D was molded while serving under the leadership of Bishop Melvin E Clark Sr of Aliquippa PA and the late Pastor Richard E Kimbrough Struthers OH and the late Bishop Alexander J Hardy of Frederick, MD.

Lady D is a prayer warrior and praiser. Her passion for Christ was enacted through Sunday School under the leadership of Bishop Melvin E Clark Sr. She received her pastorate license under Chief Apostle Todd M Hall Sr. Prelate of the Shabach Christian Fellowship Church, Orlando, Fl.

Her spiritual commitment to the kingdom as a Sunday School Teacher,Secretary, Usher, Hospitality, Choir member, Missionary and Finance Committee has prepared her to excel as Executive Pastor for the Impact Ministries- Hagerstown Campus.

Lady D has a strong passion for ministry of prayer and inspiring the young women and youth of today. Her model is “To allow the obstacles of life to turn into opportunities that allow you to be the standard and example”.

Lady D is the epitome and essence of what Impact stands for which is to “Get Impact, Be Impact, Male Impact”.
